Project Aim:​ De-commission fuel station and redevelop site with new build block of thirteen residential units, associated parking and soft/hard landscaping.

The project involved overcoming contamination and poor ground conditions to form an outstanding building in the local area, and increase the value of the land owner’s investment while remedying a blight on the local area.
