Avalon has remained an independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors regulated by RICS for over 24 years, whose detailed knowledge and multi-disciplinary approach Clients trust to fulfil their needs and requirements in a flexible manner by providing a broad range of services.

Where a construction project is required, (along with other roles) we would act as appointed Surveyors, Agent or Advisors in any approvals process or legal matter, and manage the delivery of works from concept design to conclusion, for example as Project Managers, Contract Administrator, and Principal Designer.

Managing a property asset’s lifecycle post-construction adequately, requires varied specialist advice, and we provide services such as presenting and managing insurance claims works, acting in party wall matters or other disputes, planning and delivering future maintenance and repairs, and present day building pathology defect investigations, with the managed delivery of works to conclusion, whether they be remediation,  refurbishment, or improvement and re-development.
