Who we are
Avalon Surveyors Ltd is a chartered building surveying practice, regulated by RICS and in continuous practice since 2000. Over twenty five years we have surveyed, specified and administered work on mansion blocks, listed and period buildings, new homes and commercial premises, for owners, managers, occupiers and their professional advisers.
Our reports are written to be acted on and defended. Each report is now structured to the RICS professional standard or guidance for its service, and our latest case studies show the result.
How we work
Each instruction is led by a named surveyor accountable from first visit to final report.
Each service follows the relevant RICS professional standard or guidance and is appointed on the matching RICS service schedule where RICS publishes one, so the scope you agree is a scope you can check. See each service and the standard it follows.
