Confidentiality
The information in any email from Avalon Surveyors Ltd and any attachments is confidential and intended solely for the attention and use of the named addressee or addressees. If you are not the intended recipient, or the person responsible for delivering the information to the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately and delete the email. Unless you are the intended recipient, or their representative, you are not authorised to, and must not, read, copy, distribute, use or retain the message or any part of it. Please do not print emails unless you need to.
Advice given by email
Any advice in an email from us is given under our terms of engagement for the instruction concerned, on the information available at the time, and should be confirmed in writing before you act on it. An email does not create a contract or an appointment unless that is expressly agreed in writing.
Viruses and security
Email is not a fully secure means of communication. We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that an email or attachment is free from viruses or has not been intercepted or altered. Please carry out your own virus checks. Avalon Surveyors Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions, or for damage caused by viruses.

If you receive an email that appears to come from us asking you to pay to new or different bank details, please telephone us on 01245 206 366 to check before making any payment.
